We invite guests to step into the charm of our mid-century home near Glens Falls, Lake George & Saratoga Springs. We have been hosting guests since 2013 mostly on airbnb but we offer this site to direct-book your stay.
You'll have your own private wing of our house with 2 bedrooms: A Queen bedroom and second bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa with extra plush mattress. You will have a private bathroom and entrance via the garage. The Queen bedroom has A/C, a SmartTV, fast wifi, mini fridge and Nespresso coffee/ tea bar. The second bedroom offers a Queen sleeper sofa with 3” plush memory topper, A/C, and large SmartTV. You will enjoy a private, modern tiled bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms with shower, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, blow dryer and other essentials we appreciate when traveling. We've hosted travelers from all over the world and always try to enhance our guest's airbnb experience.
The outdoor patio offers some comfy chairs, table with umbrella and a fire pit overlooking the private backyard and woods. Our organic garden offers great veggies in-season which we are happy to share with guests.
Kitchen privileges are for your use of the kitchen to eat and warm up food in the microwave.

The Neighborhood
Nestled near downtown Glens Falls in a historic, stone wall-lined neighborhood, our place is perfectly located for the weekend getaway or a leisurely mid-week holiday. The back patio is a lovely spot to soak in the peace and serenity our private 2-acre property allows. A quick 10 minute drive brings you to the Lake George Village or 20 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs and its world famous race track, shops and restaurants.
Things To Do
The area offers a perfect blend of outdoor adventure, small-town charm, and cultural experiences. Visitors can hike the Adirondack trails, cruise Lake George by boat, or relax on its sandy beaches. Glens Falls has vibrant art galleries, historic sites, and a lively downtown with restaurants and breweries. Just minutes away, Saratoga Springs is famous for its mineral springs, horse racing and boutique shopping along Broadway. In every season, the region hosts festivals, farmers markets, and live music. Whether you're into golf, skiing, history, or just soaking in scenic beauty, this area delivers something for everyone.

Our neighborhood sits on a 200-year old historic farm and we have been lovingly crafting our property into a peaceful sanctuary with vegetable garden and backyard patio with comfortable seating and fire pit for evenings ideal for relaxation. We are minutes away from Lake George, Saratoga, and the beautiful Glens Falls! Also close by are the Wood Theatre, SUNY Adirondack, Cool Insurance Arena, Glens Falls Hospital, and many restaurants, brewpubs, quaint shops, and wedding and concert event locations. We have a Level 2 EV Charger available.

Kitchen Use: Available for eating and warming food in microwave but NO cooking please.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests may use the suite or premises.
Noise: Observe quiet hours between 10 PM - 7 AM.
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on back patio.
Parking: Park in turnaround to the left of the garage.
Food/Drinks: We prefer you eat in the kitchen, not the bedrooms. Remove items from mini-fridge upon check-out.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Trash/Recycling: Empty trash/recycling into the bins in the garage upon checkout.
